Gossip: Ryan Gosling
The Hollywood heartthrob is taking a sabbatical from acting.
Sad news for Ryan Gosling fans—the Hollywood heartthrob is taking a break from appearing onscreen. Gosling told the Associated Press he would take a sabbatical from acting. “I’ve lost perspective on what I’m doing,” he said. “I need a break from myself as much as I imagine the audience does.” Gosling graduated from being a “Mouseketeer” on the Disney Channel to winning roles as the leading man in movies like Gangster Squad and Drive. Some of the actor’s followers were so distraught that a U.K. firm set up a helpline for those who might miss his voice. “Call the ‘Gosline’ to hear a soothing message from your favorite Canadian hunk,” it advertised.
