Gossip: Lil Wayne
Lil Wayne is recovering from a series of seizures this week.
Lil Wayne is recovering from a series of seizures this week, allegedly brought on by his addiction to “sizzurp,” a sugary concoction of cough syrup, soda, and hard candies. Early reports claimed the rapper was close to death, with TMZ.com claiming a priest had been called in to administer last rites. But friends said reports of “Weezy’s” demise were exaggerated. “He drank too much sizzurp to get a better high,” a source told Us Weekly. “He needs rehab, but he’s not close to death or anything.”
