Hollywood renaissance man Steve Martin is a comedian, actor, author, and banjo player—and now, at 67, a father. Martin fathered his first child with his second wife, Anne Stringfield, 41. Although the child was born in December, the reclusive star managed to keep its existence a secret from the media until last week. “How they kept it a secret nobody knows,” a source told the New York Post. “Steve’s very private.” When Martin married Stringfield in 2007, he surprised guests by inviting them to a party without telling them it was in fact a wedding.
