Last week, In Touch magazine alleged that the Nickelodeon starlet had pranced around a New York tanning salon without any clothes on, looking “painfully thin” and “completely out of it.’’ The actress, who currently faces DUI and hit-and-run charges, has angrily denied she’s having an emotional meltdown. “I’m not ‘troubled,’” she said. “I don’t get naked in public. I’m 26, a multimillionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy.”
