Anything Justin Bieber can do, Lady Gaga can do better, said The Sun (U.K.)—even following in his footsteps by vomiting onstage. Just one week after Bieber threw up during a concert in Arizona, Gaga repeatedly lost her lunch midsong during a gig in Barcelona. The 26-year-old singer’s episode came after her much-discussed weight gain, leading some to speculate that she might be pregnant. But Gaga’s rep explained that she was suffering from the flu, and did not want to let down her fans by canceling the show. The singer herself laughed off the incident, linking to a video of it on her Twitter page with the comment: “Its quite a good laugh if u need one!”
