Gossip: Lindsay Lohan
Lohan claims to have been punched by a male GOP staffer after an argument over photos taken with a cellphone.
Lindsay Lohan accused a male GOP staffer of assault last week, after bringing him to her Manhattan hotel room following a night of partying, said the Daily Mail (U.K.). Lohan claims to have been punched by Christian LaBella, a congressional aide to Rep. John Shimkus of Illinois, after an altercation over photos the 25-year-old allegedly took of Lohan with his cellphone. LaBella was arrested but released without charge when Lohan’s accusations could not be proved. He has since filed a harassment complaint against the 26-year-old actress.
