Gossip: Chris Brown
Tongues wagged when Brown appeared in public last week with a smudged tattoo of a woman’s face on his neck.
When Chris Brown appeared in public last week with a smudged tattoo of a woman’s face on his neck, speculation was rife that it showed the battered face of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna, said EOnline.com. Not so, said Brown’s tattoo artist Peter Koskela. The tattoo is actually a mashup of a Mexican “sugar skull” and a cosmetics design. “It is not Rihanna or an abused woman as erroneously reported,” said Brown’s rep. “It is peeling right now.”
