The British actress who was selected, Iranian-born Nazanin Boniadi, was already a Scientologist, and their arranged relationship got off to a promising start. Hallucinating teen gets a dose of reality
A Florida teenager who was smoking a form of synthetic marijuana called 911 to complain that his parents didn’t believe his hallucinations were real. Police say Mark Welch, 18, told the emergency dispatcher that “everything that happened today is actually in my dream, and I want to prove it to everybody.” An officer determined that Welch was high, and warned him not to call again. When Welch redialed 911, police created a new reality for him by placing him under arrest.
