The reality TV show’s breakout star, Snooki, and fiancé Jionni LaValle welcomed their son, Lorenzo, into the world last week. “I had my little man last night, healthy 6 lbs! He’s my world!” tweeted the first-time mom, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi.
