Justin Bieber has been accused of battery, said TMZ.com. Detectives in Calabasas, Calif., are investigating a claim by a photographer that the pop star, 18, struck him after he snapped photos of Bieber and girlfriend Selena Gomez, 19, at a shopping mall this week. The photographer was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries and released. “Gonna focus on the important stuff. The music,” the singer tweeted on Monday.
