Reese Witherspoon is caught in the middle of a bigamy case involving her parents, said TMZ.com. The actress’s mother, Betty Witherspoon, has charged that her husband, John Witherspoon, illegally married another woman. Though separated for several years, the Witherspoons are still married. Betty wants the second marriage annulled, claiming that John, 70, suffers from dementia and does not remember marrying Tricianne Taylor on Jan. 14. The Legally Blonde actress, 36, testified in the case last week in Tennessee, asking the judge to place her father under conservatorship.
