The Avengers is the 12th film to gross 10 figures at the global box office, joining two James Cameron flicks and the finales of The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter

The Avengers became the 12th blockbuster to join the club Sunday, after the superhero symphony scored yet another record-breaking weekend. Here's a statistical look at this elite group of movies:
