Authorities in Paris are mulling arresting the 28-year-old sister of Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, after the driver of a car she was in allegedly pointed a semiautomatic handgun at paparazzi. The incident occurred last week while Middleton was celebrating the birthday of fashion mogul Arthur de Soultrait. “If the evidence points to [Pippa], she will be prosecuted,” said a French judicial source.
