Gossip: Kim Kardashian, Kanye West
Sources say the reality-TV star and rapper are now an item.
Kim Kardashian has traded Kris Humphries for Kanye West, said People.com. The reality-TV star, 31, took time off from her bitter divorce with the New Jersey Nets forward, 27, to spend a whirlwind 48 hours last week with the outspoken rapper, 34, including an overnight stay at his New York City apartment. Sources say the two are now an item. West, who admitted to a crush on Kardashian in a recent song, is said to have been carrying a flame for her since 2004. Some sources close to the Kardashians are skeptical, said HollywoodLife.com. “It’s a publicity stunt,” says one insider. “If anyone deserves each other, it’s these two. They both love publicity and material things.”
