Russell Brand and Katy Perry have agreed to a quick and amicable divorce settlement, said the New York Daily News. Because the couple had no prenuptial agreement, Brand would have been entitled to half of the estimated $44 million Perry earned during their one-and-a-half-year marriage. But he opted not to take a cent. “Russell was a mensch,” said a friend. Perry signed the divorce documents with a smiley face next to her name.
