Britney Spears is regaining control of her finances, said the New York Post. The singer, 30, is scheduled to marry manager Jason Trawick on Valentine’s Day in Maui, and sources say Spears’s father, Jamie, now thinks she’s stable enough to release his conservatorship over her fortune. Jamie Spears took control of his daughter’s finances following her breakup with Kevin Federline, during which she shaved her head, spent time in a psychiatric hospital, and briefly lost custody of her two sons. “Jamie wants to go to court in early February so Britney will be a free woman in every sense when she marries,” said a source.
