Woods’s ex has razed the 17,000-square-foot, $12.2 million mansion she purchased in North Palm Beach so that she can build an even larger mansion.

Size matters for Elin Nordegren, said the New York Post. Tiger Woods’s ex has razed the 17,000-square-foot, $12.2 million mansion she purchased in North Palm Beach, Fla., in March and is planning to build an even roomier palace. Once completed, the house will be nearly double the size of Woods’s 9,727-square-foot home on nearby Jupiter Island, where he’s been living since the couple divorced, in 2010.
