Tiger Woods’s ex has razed the 17,000-square-foot, $12.2 million mansion she purchased in North Palm Beach, Fla., in March and is planning to build an even roomier palace. Once completed, the house will be nearly double the size of Woods’s 9,727-square-foot home on nearby Jupiter Island, where he’s been living since the couple divorced, in 2010.
