Gossip: Paul McCartney, Nancy Shevell
McCartney married New York businesswoman Nancy Shevell in the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London.
Paul McCartney walked down the aisle for a third time this week, marrying New York businesswoman Nancy Shevell in a low-key ceremony in London. The former Beatle, 69, and his 51-year-old bride tied the knot in the Old Marylebone Town Hall, where he married his first wife, Linda, in 1969. Guests included McCartney’s former bandmate Ringo Starr and Shevell’s cousin Barbara Walters. The newlyweds toasted their union with a party at McCartney’s home, said People.com, where guests enjoyed a vegetarian feast of goat cheese polenta, arugula salad, and vegan wedding cake. The pair are planning a New York celebration later this month.
