Gossip: Mel Gibson, Oksana Grigorieva
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have agreed on terms for their divorce.
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva reached a custody settlement last week, ending a protracted battle that included the release of Gibson’s profane telephone tirades and allegations of physical abuse carried out by the 55-year-old actor. Gibson—who will pay his ex $750,000, surrender the family home, and share custody of the couple’s daughter, Lucia—appeared to be the victor, said TMZ.com. Grigorieva turned down a proposed $15 million settlement last summer.
