Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller reunited as friends this week, vacationing in Mexico to celebrate Mueller’s recent success in rehab, said TMZ.com. Mueller began treatment in July for drug and alcohol addiction, and sources say Sheen has been footing the bill. Sheen said that the exes are not rekindling their romance. “[We’re] just good friends trying to be good parents.”
