Gossip: Emma Watson
Watson plans to take a leave from Brown University. She reportedly is thinking of transferring to New York University.
Emma Watson may have been too brainy for Brown University, said the New York Daily News. Sources say the actress, 21, who recently announced she would be taking a leave from the Ivy League school, was tired of being taunted by other students. In class, the earnest Watson often raised her hand to answer questions correctly, drawing such wisecracks as, “Three points for Gryffindor”—a reference to her role in the Harry Potter films. Watson reportedly is thinking of transferring to New York University, but a spokesperson said Watson “absolutely loved her time at Brown.”
