This week, a lawsuit was filed against Aguilera’s label, Sony Music, claiming that her hit single, “Ain’t No Other Man,” stole its beat from the 1968 song “Hippy Skippy Moon Strut,” by Latin soul band Dave Cortez and the Moon People.
