Halle Berry and ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry are headed for a court battle over custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Nahla. Berry’s publicist told the New York Daily News that the actress, 44, is worried about Aubry’s parenting abilities and that she pulled out of a film project this week to prepare for a court case in which she will seek full custody. “Halle has serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father,” said the publicist.
