Sandra Bullock’s cheating ex, Jesse James, announced his engagement this week to tattoo artist Kat Von D, said People.com. The couple, who began dating last August, plan to wed next month. James, 41, whose marriage to Bullock crumbled amid stories linking him to at least six other women, disputed the notion that he’d had a bad year. “Sometimes the public and the press get it wrong,” said James. “This was one of those times. 2010 was actually the best year of my life because I fell in love with my best friend.”
