Gossip: Lindsay Lohan
In an interview with The Today Show, Dina Lohan said her daughter's treatment at the Betty Ford Center has been “life-changing.”
After years of downplaying her daughter’s substance-abuse problems, Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina, admitted this week that her daughter is an addict, but said she is “a different person” since entering treatment at the Betty Ford Center in California. In an interview with The Today Show, Dina Lohan said that Lindsay had been in treatment before, but that Betty Ford is an “amazing place” that really got the troubled actress to understand why she used drugs, and that the experience has been “life-changing.” As part of her recovery, Lohan spent time this week with her father, Michael, with whom she’s had a very troubled relationship. “It was an emotional reunion,” said a source.
