The porn star who cowered in the bathroom of Charlie Sheen’s New York hotel suite while the actor allegedly went on a drug-crazed rampage is planning to sue him, said TMZ.com. Capri Anderson, 22, says she feared for her life during the ordeal and will seek damages for being held against her will. Law-enforcement sources say no criminal charges are likely to be filed against the actor, who paid the Plaza Hotel for damage done when he threw furniture and a chandelier in a rage over his missing wallet.
