Counselors at the Betty Ford Center are advising Lindsay Lohan to fire her mother, Dina, as manager of her career, said RadarOnline.com. A source close to Lohan says the actress, 24, has been under “enormous pressure” over the years to support her family financially, a situation her treatment team believes aggravates her addiction issues. “Lindsay needs Dina to simply be her mother,” says the source.
