Deputy Sean Cappiello says that after he pulled Raymond Roberts over for speeding, he found two plastic bags wedged between his buttocks, one containing “a green leafy substance,” the other containing 27 pieces of crack cocaine. Under questioning, Roberts drew a sharp distinction between the substances, allegedly admitting that he’d hidden the marijuana there, but insisting that “the white stuff is not mine.”
