Former American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino was released from the hospital this week after overdosing on aspirin and sleeping pills, said RadarOnline. The apparent suicide attempt came after reports that the 26-year-old Grammy nominee was having an affair with a married man. Barrino admits to dating the man, Antwaun Cook, for 11 months, but says she believed he and his wife were separated. “Fantasia is heartbroken and sorry for any pain that she may have caused,” her agent said in a statement.
