Show of the week: Rubicon
In this tensely atmospheric conspiracy thriller, every character seems suspect and every detail a cryptic clue.
Though it’s reminiscent of 1970s conspiracy thrillers such as Three Days of the Condor and The Parallax View, this intriguing new series feels fresh, especially in light of the recent unmasking of Russian sleeper agents. In this tensely atmospheric show, every character seems suspect and every detail a cryptic clue. Sunday, Aug. 1, at 8 p.m., AMC
