Paris Hilton was arrested on drug possession charges this week by South African cops who believed that she smuggled marijuana into a World Cup match. The charges were dropped when police determined that the pot belonged to Hilton’s friend. “I was assisting the police with their investigation and answering their questions,” Hilton later tweeted. “I love South Africa! Hope that clears everything up.”
