Sandra Bullock came out of seclusion this week, making her first television appearance since the tabloids broke the news of husband Jesse James’ multiple affairs in March. Bullock was on hand at the MTV Movie Awards to receive a lifetime achievement award, and caused a stir with a planned lip-lock on stage with actress Scarlett Johansson. After planting the kiss, Bullock, who appeared in good spirits, made a joking plea to return to her life pre-scandal: “Now that we have done that, can we please go back to normal?” said the actress. “Because therapy is really expensive.”
