Conan O’Brien admitted this week that he got “very depressed” after his exit from NBC, and took a few digs at Jay Leno for taking back The Tonight Show. “I think if the roles had been reversed, I wouldn’t have done that,” O’Brien said on CBS’ 60 Minutes. He took exception to Leno’s comment that they’d both been “screwed” by NBC. “I have a beard, and am touring city to city,” said O’Brien, who stopped shaving when he left the network. “Jay’s got The Tonight Show.”
