Conan O’Brien admitted this week that he got “very depressed” after his exit from NBC.
Conan O’Brien admitted this week that he got “very depressed” after his exit from NBC, and took a few digs at Jay Leno for taking back The Tonight Show. “I think if the roles had been reversed, I wouldn’t have done that,” O’Brien said on CBS’ 60 Minutes. He took exception to Leno’s comment that they’d both been “screwed” by NBC. “I have a beard, and am touring city to city,” said O’Brien, who stopped shaving when he left the network. “Jay’s got The Tonight Show.”
