Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger won’t face sexual-assault charges stemming from his encounter with a 20-year-old college student last month in a Georgia nightclub, said TMZ.com. Prosecuting attorney Fred Bright said that Roethlisberger’s actions with the young woman were morally suspect, but did not appear to be criminal. “I do not have enough evidence to convince 12 jurors beyond a reasonable doubt that Mr. Roethlisberger was guilty of rape,” Bright said. Roethlisberger, who may be punished by the NFL, is currently also being sued by a Nevada woman who says he sexually assaulted her in 2008.
