The Britain’s Got Talent runner-up and Internet phenomenon will receive a $6 million check on April 1, her 49th birthday. Boyle plans to use some of the proceeds from her chart-topping album and concerts to buy a new home in Blackburn, Scotland, where she’s lived all of her life.
