Heidi Montag is planning more plastic surgeries. The former reality-TV star, who recently underwent more than 10 cosmetic procedures, including a nose job, chin reduction, and breast enhancement, says she “can’t wait to show off her new assets” when she bares all for an upcoming issue of Playboy. But she says she’s still not completely satisfied with her new body, particularly with her breasts, which she says aren’t “as big” as she originally specified.
