The owner of the Heart Attack Grill in Arizona is suing the owners of Heart Stoppers Sports Grill in Florida for stealing his idea. Jon Basso says he originated the concept of proudly serving high-calorie, artery-clogging junk food. But Heart Stoppers’ owners say their theme “is completely different” from Basso’s, pointing out that they do not use that restaurant’s trademarked classification of burgers as “Single Bypass” or “Double Bypass.”

A Pennsylvania thrift store has asked the brokenhearted to donate their ex-partners’ gifts and belongings on Valentine’s Day. The Colonial Park Goodwill says it has received a number of engagement rings, monogrammed towels, and wedding dresses. “We’re not taking mattresses,” said a spokesman.
