San Diego Chargers star Antonio Cromartie is being investigated for assault following an incident in a San Diego bar, says TMZ.com. Law-enforcement sources said the defensive back was celebrating the Chargers’ win against the Denver Broncos when somebody threw a champagne bottle, which hit a bystander in the head. ?At least one witness reportedly identified Cromartie as the bottle thrower. “Antonio didn’t throw the bottle,” said Cromartie’s agent Gary Wichard. “There were actually three other players involved.”
