Madonna is facing eviction from a New York apartment if she doesn’t stop using it as a rehearsal space. The 51-year-old singer lives in a penthouse in a Central Park West building, but also bought a seventh-floor apartment she uses to rehearse for upcoming shows. A neighbor has gone to court to demand that the building’s managers stop the “blaring music, stomping, and shaking walls” that go on for at least three hours a day. The managers have asked the pop superstar to rehearse only at certain times, and may kick her out if she fails to comply.
