Two two-hour documentaries on CNN study America’s fastest-growing minority: Latinos. In “The Garcias,” anchor Soledad O’Brien speaks to various people who share that surname—one is a 17-year-old student in Los Angeles contending with an unplanned pregnancy. In “Chasing the Dream,” O’Brien’s subjects include Florida Sen. Mel Martinez; a Puerto Rican police officer whose limited English may delay his dream to become a sheriff in Orlando; and an illegal immigrant from Mexico killed by white high school students in Shenandoah, Pa. Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 21 and 22, at 9 p.m., CNN
