The GM Moraine Assembly Plant, near Dayton, Ohio, churned out about 280,000 vehicles each year until it closed in December 2008. For thousands of workers, the plant provided both a community and a source of pride—as well as a paycheck. They comment candidly, sometimes bitterly, and often eloquently in this documentary, timed to coincide with Labor Day. Interviewees mourn not just the end of their jobs but of an American dream.
