Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, and the woman who bore his two older children, Debbie Rowe, reached an agreement last week that gives Katherine Jackson custody of his children. Jackson, 79, will raise Prince and Paris, as well as her son’s third child, by a surrogate, Blanket. Rowe, 50, will maintain her legal parental rights and have the right to visit her two offspring.
