Halle Berry last week filed a criminal complaint against a photographer who she says trespassed on her private property to snap a picture of her 4-month-old daughter. The pictures subsequently appeared in several magazines and websites. “The paparazzi have gone too far,” said Berry. “I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice.”
