Angelina Jolie delivered her twins by Caesarian section at a hospital in Nice, France, last week. Husband Brad Pitt cut the umbilical cords. “He was my assistant,” said Dr. Michel Sussman. Jolie, said Sussman, “was awake and speaking and laughing” throughout the birth. The first photographs of Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline are reportedly being sold to an American publication for $11 million, with the money going to charity.
