Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis said that he’ll release a DVD featuring Eliot Spitzer’s call girl, Ashley Dupré, even if she was underage when the footage was shot. Francis discovered the 2003 videos of Dupré dancing naked and posing with other young women in his archives last week, and immediately broke off negotiations to pay her $1 million for a new photo shoot. “Our footage is from when she was 18 years old, and it doesn’t get much better than that,” he said. “Eliot Spitzer has put some miles on that girl.” A report that Dupré may have been only 17 at the time did not change Francis’ plans. “It doesn’t matter,” he said. “Even if she was 17 or 16 for that matter, federal and state law permits posing nude. We’re just talking about nudity, not pornography.”
Winona Ryder was caught shoplifting makeup from a Hollywood drugstore last week, said The National Enquirer. The actress, who was convicted of stealing clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue in 2002, was stopped by a security guard after setting off an alarm. “We took the unpaid items back, and she left the store,” an employee told the tabloid.
CNN anchor Anderson Cooper last week had a cancerous mole removed from underneath his left eye. There was no indication that the malignancy had spread, a spokeswoman said. “I hadn’t planned on mentioning this,” said Cooper on his CNN.com blog. “But I still have stitches and you’ll no doubt notice them. [I] don’t want you to think I got into a fistfight with Charlie Rose.”

Kate Hudson and Owen Wilson may be dating again, said the New York Post. The couple first hooked up in 2006 and split a year later, shortly before Wilson’s suicide attempt. This week they were photographed together on a bike ride in Miami with Hudson’s son. Last week they were spotted having romantic dinners together two nights in a row. Other reports have also linked Wilson to Jennifer Aniston, with whom he’s making a movie.
