President Bush has hit the lowest approval rating of his presidency, while Congress fared even worse. Only 30% of Americans say they think Bush is doing a good job, down 4 points since the beginning of the year. As for the Democratic-led Congress, just 22% approve of its performance, also down
4 points since early January.
