Eli Sugarman and Joshua Walker are the co-authors of the recently released policy report "Iraqi, Kurdistan and Turkey: America's Middle-Eastern Silver Lining" for the Truman National Security Project where they are Fellows. They have had extensive experience working on Turkey and Iraq including in both the government and the private sector.
