Renée Flaherty
Renée Flaherty is an attorney with the Institute for Justice. She litigates cases to secure property rights, economic liberty and free speech. Her work has resulted in the return of thousands of dollars to innocent property owners, a court victory for ridesharing drivers in Chicago, and the recognition of economic liberty rights in Georgia. Harvard Law School, where she received her law degree, selected her as a Wasserstein Public Interest Fellow in 2019.
