1. Selena Gomez tells fans to stop sending Hailey Bieber death threats

To quote her BFF, Selena Gomez thinks her fans need to calm down. The Only Murders in the Building star has revealed on Instagram that Hailey Bieber reached out to her to "let me know that she has been receiving death threats and such hateful negativity." For those just joining us, Bieber is married to Gomez's ex, Justin Bieber, and there has long been speculation of a feud between the two women. Most recently, fans claimed Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner dissed Gomez's eyebrows, and Gomez then defended Taylor Swift in the comments of a TikTok that described Bieber as a "mean girl." But Gomez has now chastised those sending Bieber hate, writing, "I've always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop." Bieber then thanked Gomez for "speaking out," adding that the two have been discussing "how to move past this ongoing narrative." They are also now following each on Instagram, which is basically the celebrity gossip equivalent of the Treaty of Versailles.
