This cartoon depicts, from left, Donald Trump, an Iranian leader, and woman who represents “Oil Tanker Liability Insurance Execs”, which is written on her briefcase. Trump says, “I control who travels through the Strait of Hormuz!” The Iranian says, “I control who travels through the Strait of Hormuz!” The woman pointedly clears her through and says, “a-hem.”

This cartoon is titled “Mud Bath”. It depicts a donkey opening a package labeled “Swalwell” which proceeds to burst into a muddy mess, coating the angry donkey with mud.
